Here are a few pictures of some of the finches and softbills from the show.  Again it was a job well done by the Canadian Finch and Softbill Society as well as all the exhibitors that supported it.

This normal gouldian finch exhibited in impeccable condition was the Best Young Gouldian in Show, which also took the Best Young Bird In Show and it was exhibited by Julie Lawson.

This dilute of Mike Manley was the 2nd. best Adult Gouldian.

A nice European Gold Finch mutation displayed by Carmelo Zerafa (No relation to me.)

This bird also won the Best True Finch award.

Mike manley had his softbills out in force and this Red Legged Honeycreeper was just one of his jewels.

A nicely displayed Blue Tanager of Mike Manley was the Best Adult Softbill.

Vince Moase has had great success breeding the Shama Thrush and is doing a good job of showing one here.

This is one of Mike Manley's barbets. It is something not seen too ofter in these parts.

A male Fairy Bluebird in full colour is hard to beat. This one was also Mike Manley's.
