This year, 2010, I decided to convert my floor to ceiling flights to suspended flights.  I had to keep some of my budgerigars in the hookbill suspended flights last fall and I found that I was closer to the birds all the time and I could evalute them constantly when I was closer to them.  In the larger flights I had to go into the flights to get close to the birds.

I also decided that having the flights suspended and a wire floor, it would keep the birds away from their droppings and make for a healthier environment.

The pictures are of six flights.  All are attached to each other and I can walk around all of them.  Four are six feet long (just under two meters) and two are five feet long.
